A Grill Company is the new baby in the town. Situated in Logix mall Noida, just 5 mins walking from Noida city centre metro station. I see this place growing pretty fast! The concepts they follow is awesome… Grill and Molecular Delicacies.
The restaurant has a huge seating area and the ambience is quite colourful and homelike. This place is best for people who want to experiment with their food and looking out for buffet options.

What all I had!
To my surprise they serve Candy Floss to welcome you, mentioning “Khane se pehle kuch metha ho jae” ☺️
They have a moving cart which serves live Molecular Palak Patta chat, Nachos chat etc. Which is indeed differently created and yummy in a way. After that grilled items like Paneer tikka, Mushroom, Gobhi, etc was on our table. I loved the Mushrooms. They also have a variety of non-veg grill items!
The best I loved was the Golgappas, served in a box with 5 different bottles of water and chutneys in the syringe. Love the way they play with their food. 😛
Also, not to be missed are the Amuse bouche: molecular curd based balls in 4 flavours – jelly shots and also the molecular Raj Kachori. They have Pav bhaji too. The list of starters is long.
Once you are done with the starters, a nice gola with mint and lemon is served to cleanse your taste buds called Palate Cleanser. Also, Bantas are a must try!
Main course and Desserts
Chef Mr Pankaj, told about the concepts they follow and the buffet options. A Grill company has a total of 11 cuisines to offer the buffet from. They choose one for the day and all the dishes resolve around the same. The day I visited it was Kerela themed. They do keep options for veg and non-veg dishes both, their plates are colour coordinated in a similar way, red and green. Loved the concept…
I had Fish curry, Chicken Biryani with salan. The biryani was delicious, full of flavours and chicken pieces were moist and delicious. Also had Mexican food, salads etc was. The main course food was very simple, nothing over the top.
Moving to the dessert a wide variety was served, from Mousse to Gulab Jamun, Custard, Homemade cake, Sugar-free Phirni, Eggless Brownie etc.
The Staff is on their toes to serve you, and chef is totally innovating with their food.
