Talking of cake always makes me happy! This time it was Banana cake-eggless. It is a very simple recipe, and in no time a yummy cake is ready for you to hog on 😉

Ingredients
- 2 medium to large over ripped bananas
- 1 cup whole wheat flour/atta
- 1 tsp baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- dry fruits of your choice
How to make Eggless Banana cake [Step-by-step recipe with Photos]
- First of all, pre-heat the oven/ convection microwave
- Peel and chop the bananas into small pieces
- Add them into a bowl and mash them using a fork/blender
- Now add sugar, oil and vanilla extract. Stir well so that the oil mixes well with the mashed banana and the sugar also dissolves properly
- Thereafter add whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt directly in the bowl
- Now fold the mixture well, and add the dry fruits of your choice
- Finally, pour the batter into a greased container, and gently tap and shake the pan
- Place the pan in oven/microwave. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees C/ 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or check using a toothpick till it comes out clean
Note: Depending on the size of your pan and temperature of your oven/microwave, the cake may take less or more time. Keep an eye on it using the toothpick trick.
